Wrap Rabbit Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of every Wrap Rabbit and Gig Bag we sell.
What's Covered
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. If your Wrap Rabbit or Gig Bag has a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it at our discretion at no charge.
Examples of covered issues may include:
- Plastic defects or malformed parts.
- Manufacturing defects that prevent normal operation.
- Stitching or construction defects in the Gig Bag.
- Hardware that fails due to a manufacturing defect.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage.
- Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than us.
- Damage caused by excessive heat, chemicals, or other environmental conditions outside normal use.
- Lost or stolen products.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email us with a description of the issue and, if possible, include photos of the product. Proof of purchase may be requested.
If we determine the issue is covered by this warranty, we'll repair or replace the product. If return shipping is necessary for a confirmed warranty claim, we'll cover the shipping costs.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 45 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be returned in good condition.
- All original components should be included.
- Contact us before returning your order so we can provide return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
- The purchase price will be refunded in full.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable if applicable.
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we'll make it right and cover any necessary replacement or shipping costs.
